No Veto on Humanity

I never thought I would feel so helpless watching the news. Day after day, I see images of Palestinian children crying in the rubble, mothers searching for their families, fathers carrying the weight of grief no one should bear. And yet, despite all this pain, the world stands still.

Why? Because one word — veto — is enough to silence the cries of millions. A single country’s political interests can block humanitarian aid, peace resolutions, and protection for the most vulnerable. The veto was never meant to be a weapon against the innocent, but today it has become exactly that.

The suffering of Palestinians is not just a political issue; it is a human issue. It is about children who deserve to live, families who deserve safety, and people who deserve dignity. Every time the Security Council fails to act because of a veto, humanity itself is vetoed.

I am starting this campaign because I cannot stay silent anymore. No government should have the power to block life-saving action during genocide or humanitarian crises. The world must unite and say: No Veto on Humanity.
