The time has come to make a stand. The political turmoil in our country is at an all time high. Who has been affected by the policies and actions of this presidency? I imagine you know someone. Someone who was fired at the Department of Education, someone who has now lost their food benefits, someone who has been arrested. But the most affected will be the future Americans of this country. We want our voices to be heard and show we do not want this president anymore. We are the students of this country; the ones who will inherit all these problems and be left to actually make America great again. 

Today, I am asking for your support and participation in a nationwide movement for our youth to express their dissent. We propose a national high school walkout, dubbed the "No Trump" walkout, to coincide with a set date, allowing students all across America to demonstrate their opposition to the Trump presidency.

Our goal is to have every high school student in America who opposes Trump's policies to join together, walking out simultaneously, showing that they will stand up to someone against whom even politicians hesitate to speak out. This initiative not only will echo the collective voice of the next generation, but also remind our leaders of their responsibility to represent their constituents' voices—especially the younger generation, who will inherit this nation's decisions.

This walkout aims to be non-violent, peaceful, and impactful, drawing attention to the political and social issues we face today under this administration. It is a constitutional right, safeguarded by the First Amendment, for students to rally and express their views peacefully.
