•  Air pollution-These operations produce particulate matter and silica dust; causing serious health issues.
• Water quality and wells will deteriorate due to significant lowering of the water table. 
• Nearby schools and hospitals with the most sensitive populations will be exposed to poor air quality, explosions, heavy industrial traffic, and an environment that is not conducive to learning nor healing.
• Local shopping centers will see a decrease in business and potential harm to their buildings.
• Local homes in the 46783, 46814 and 46804 zip codes will experience foundation issues. 
• Environment and wildlife will suffer. The Little River Wetlands and Eagle Marsh with other quality nature areas here will be drained of water and see air pollution and dust. 
• The families of all ages that live here deserve to have their health and safety needs take priority over a business operation that can be placed in a location away from sensitive populations and environmental corridors. 
• The Allen County Comprehensive Plan clearly states that Special Use Permits and any changes should only be allowed if the new development will not cause harm or negative effects.
