Following the growing public concern, I have now formally contacted the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne requesting an urgent explanation regarding the recent visit involving Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Serious questions remain about the involvement of medically vulnerable children in what appeared to be a public-facing engagement.

This is about one thing: protecting the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of seriously ill children.

Due to the overwhelming public response, I have been inundated with media enquiries and will be speaking with media outlets shortly.

We are now awaiting a formal response from the hospital.
