The City of Richmond - with only the holiday weekend to allow official public notification and response - is jamming this project through a Planning Commission meeting on 12/2/2025

This project, self-described as an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), exceeds all zoning limits of an ADU (height, square footage, density, setbacks)
