La UNESCO reconoció La Palma, la Isla Bonita o la Isla Verde como Reserva de la Biosfera;  pero hoy está destinada a ser destruida por la decisión de los políticos gobernantes actuales, y ello, en contra de la voluntad de sus residentes. Se trata del Proyecto EcoResort en el Camino Real La Pavona.

En la Palma tenemos un ecosistema sensible que aún se mantiene intacto, una zona forestal que existe desde el Terciario. En la zona de fayal-brezal  se proyecta crear una zona de alto standing con 1.027.528 de metros cuadrados ( equivalente a 141 campos de fútbol) para un campo de golf de 18 hoyos, 54 villas de 300 metros cuadrados y piscina privada, centro de congresos, spa y fitness, club exclusivo para los propietarios y 1400 camas en el hotel de 5 estrellas. El 35,29% afectaría a la Red Natura 2000 por ser una Zona de Especial Protección para las Aves (ZEPA) y se eliminaría zona de cultivo y dos granjas.

Y ese es solo uno de los muchos proyectos planeados por los políticos, tiburones de la construcción bajo el pretexto de la recuperación tras la erupción volcánica. La naturaleza virgen de este paraíso, conocida en todo el mundo, será destruida con los planes de turismo de masas y pondrá en jaque el suministro de agua dulce de esta isla.

La Palma, die Isla Bonita oder Isla Verde, wurde von der UNESCO als Biosphärenreservat anerkannt, soll aber heute durch die Entscheidung der derzeit regierenden Politiker zerstört werden, und zwar gegen den Willen der Bewohner. Es handelt sich um das EcoResort-Projekt auf dem Camino Real La Pavona.
Auf La Palma haben wir ein empfindliches Ökosystem, das noch intakt ist, ein Waldgebiet, das seit dem Tertiär (Steinzeit) existiert. Im fatal-brezal-Gebiet(besonderes Waldgebiet) ist geplant, ein hochgelegenes Areal mit 1.027.528 Quadratmetern (entspricht 141 Fußballfeldern) für einen 18-Loch-Golfplatz, 54 Villen von 300 Quadratmetern und je privatem Swimmingpool, Kongresszentrum, Spa und Fitness, exklusivem Club für die Eigentümer und 1400 Betten im 5-Sterne-Hotel zu schaffen. 35,29 % würden das Natura-2000-Netz beeinträchtigen, da es sich um ein besonderes Schutzgebiet für Vögel handelt, und es würden Anbauflächen und zwei landwirtschaftliche Betriebe wegfallen.
Und das ist nur eines der vielen Projekte, die von Politikern und Bauspekulanten unter dem Vorwand der Erholung nach dem Vulkanausbruch geplant werden. Die unberührte Natur dieses weltweit bekannten Paradieses wird durch die Pläne für den Massentourismus zerstört und die Süßwasserversorgung der Insel gefährdet.

In the fatal-brezal area there are plans to create a high standing area with 1.027.528 square metres (equivalent to 141 football fields) for an 18-hole golf course, 54 villas of 300 square metres and private swimming Pools congress centre, spa and fitness, exclusive club for the owners and 1400 beds in the 5-star hotel. 35.29% would affect the Natura 2000 Network as it is a Special Protection Area for Birds (SPA) and would eliminate cultivation area and two farms.
And that is just one of the many projects planned by politicians, construction sharks under the pretext of recovery after the volcanic eruption. The unspoilt nature of this paradise, known all over the world, will be destroyed with plans for mass tourism and will jeopardise the fresh water supply of this island.
