Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says it would be "absurd" to reallocate funds set aside for the Perth Freight Link to other infrastructure projects in WA, despite a push by Federal Labor for him to "put politics aside". Well unfortunately this has been a political football being used by unions and the left of politics for their own gain and not the benefit of the state and wider community. Unfortunately the bully tactics of this side of politics is relentless and has been witness by all that have put the necks out publically to speak on this issue. Many have been on the receiving end of personal attacks, threats and discrediting by the apparatchiks of the left and their activist followers. Good on you Mayor Russell for keeping this issue on the table and in front of the media. Stay brave! We are all behind you.
