The Issue
The undersigned RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF FOX POINT request that the properties at 7254 and 7328 North Beach Drive (the Nohl properties) remain RESIDENTIAL, and NOT rezoned to be developed into a non-residential enterprise, allowing constant use by large groups and NOT rezoned to allow the construction of a 4000 square-foot building and a shed with a large parking lot, Bringing lots of visitors and traffic and NOT rezoned to be exempt from residential real estate taxes.
