NO MORE WARS! End U.S. Involvement in Wars Between Foreign Countries

The Issue

As a Christian and as an American, it is unbearably painful for me to watch my country spend precious resources - tax dollars and human lives - on wars not our own. The mere thought of escalating conflicts inciting a third world war is deeply worrying. I, and many others, refuse to sit idle.

Young Americans for Peace, a 501C3 nonprofit organization, shares these concerns. It is dedicated to ensuring that the U.S. does not intervene in foreign conflicts. According to the Costs of War project at the Watson Institute of International & Public Affairs at Brown University, the U.S. has already spent 6.4 trillion dollars in conflicts in the Middle East and Asia since 2001. This is a stark illustration of the price of war - a cost that is disproportionately borne by everyday American citizens.

We urge our leaders to reconsider and reevaluate our nation's involvement in foreign conflicts. Our plea to you is an earnest one; stop American intervention in conflicts amongst foreign nations. This not only aligns with our belief in preserving human life, but also in ensuring that our valuable resources are utilized for the betterment of our own citizens. Please support our call to action, and sign this petition to promote peace and prevent involvement in wars not our own.
