I've decided to reopen the petition back up. If the corrupt county attorney attempts to retaliate against me again in anyway shape or form, I will report him and the county officials to the FBI, again, to investigate. We're also in the process of suing the county and the soon to be new sheriff for violating our due process rights over an incident October first where the soon to be new sheriff violated our rights, and the law and set in motion to allow someone to steal some of our things, then threaten our lives for reporting it. Also in that suit is the city, a city police officer, campus police and ball state university. Two additional suits are being filed against the county one for retaliation against me because of this petition, and one for fraud, violation of due process, forgery, against my daughter to retaliate against me over this petition. I've reported him and the county to the FBI, and I'm going for having him barred from ever practicing law again. The city has been under FBI investigation for awhile now, the county should have known they cant get away with their corruption either. A higher court has already ordered our stolen things to be returned which I'm sure were immediately sold so it will be interesting after our latest filing is reviewed since it's not been returned.
The county attorney is a distant relative of mine through my father's side, he knows it's a conflict of interest to do the shit he's doing, that's an ethics code violation but to a corrupt attorney what's new. I'm also looking into trying to get the AG to file charges on him for all he's done.
Hopefully the FBI will charge him because it's a crime for government officials to retaliate against citizens. He's an idiot because I can prove by dates that he retaliates because of this petition and any from now on will immediately be reported to the FBI, and the AG.
We're also seeking a restraining order against the city, county, and all three police departments. We and our lawyers have enough to show targeting by corrupt police for the city and county.
This county wont be hurt by loosing out on their financial gain of sanctioned animal abuse. They just signed a deal for millions of dollars for the next 20 years for a new jail.
