It was so strange watching my life on a giant movie screen. It felt like I was watching someone else's story, but it was my daughter Grace with cancer, and our friends whose children also fought cancer. It just felt unreal. But it is real.
"In the Dark of the Valley" is the documentary that follows me and several other families as we learn about the Santa Susana Field Lab, which is only miles from our homes. The SSFL was the site of one of the most significant nuclear accidents in United States history and may have exposed our children and our community to cancer-causing hazardous waste.
The documentary is now streaming on Peacock TV. Please share this link with your friends and family, we need public outrage in order to make Boeing, NASA and the Department of Energy clean the site to protect our families.
