I spent this Saturday morning greeting families on their way up to the Santa Susana site to participate in Boeing’s Earth Day hike. While handing out flyers and masks, all I could think about was my daughter, her friends from the hospital, and all the other families we’ve met through this campaign who’ve been impacted by cancer and other illnesses.

It is not normal to know several people with cancer living on one block. Or multiple children at one playground. Or whole families with autoimmune and reproductive diseases.

Boeing invited these people to walk through the site, in spite of what we know about how toxic it is. They need to be shamed, and forced to listen to just a few of the devastating stories their inaction has caused.

Will you share this video so that there’s no way for Boeing to ignore us? And if you or your family have been impacted living near the site, leave a comment and share your story.
