In den letzten Tagen haben mehrere Unterstützer berichtet, dass Volkswagen auf Anfragen zur Batterie-Vorkonditionierung für Fahrzeuge mit Softwareversion 3.x immer wieder inhaltlich identische Standardantworten verschickt – teilweise lediglich ins Englische übersetzt, jedoch ohne neue oder konkrete Aussagen.
Das zeigt leider, dass bislang keine echte technische Auseinandersetzung mit dem Anliegen erfolgt.
Ich habe mich inzwischen nicht nur an die Volkswagen Kundenbetreuung, sondern auch an weitere offizielle Kommunikationskanäle von Volkswagen gewandt, um dem Thema intern mehr Aufmerksamkeit zu verschaffen.

Leider geht Ihre Antwort erneut nicht konkret auf die Kernfragen zur Batterie-Vorkonditionierung für Fahrzeuge mit Softwareversion 3.x ein und entspricht inhaltlich bekannten Standardschreiben.
Die technische Machbarkeit dieser Funktion wurde öffentlich bestätigt. Dennoch bleibt unbeantwortet, warum ein technisch mögliches Feature für Bestandsfahrzeuge nicht umgesetzt wird, während es ab Softwareversion 4.0 verfügbar ist.
Ich bitte Sie daher um eine klare und nachvollziehbare Stellungnahme zu folgenden Punkten:
1. Gibt es konkrete technische Gründe, die eine Implementierung für Software 3.x ausschließen?
2. Falls ja, bitte ich um eine sachliche und fachliche Erläuterung.
3. Falls nein, aus welchem strategischen oder wirtschaftlichen Grund wird diese Funktion Bestandskundinnen und -kunden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt?
Standardisierte Antworten ohne inhaltliche Tiefe tragen nicht zu Transparenz oder Vertrauen bei – insbesondere bei einem Thema, das den alltäglichen Nutzwert der Fahrzeuge deutlich beeinflusst.

Over the past days, several supporters have reported receiving identical standard replies from Volkswagen regarding battery preconditioning for vehicles running software version 3.x — in some cases simply translated into English, without any new or concrete information.
This indicates that Volkswagen is currently not engaging in a real technical discussion on this matter.
In the meantime, I have contacted not only Volkswagen Customer Care, but also additional official Volkswagen communication channels to increase internal visibility of this issue.

Unfortunately, your response does not directly address the core questions regarding battery preconditioning for vehicles running software version 3.x and appears to be a standardized statement.
The technical feasibility of battery preconditioning for software 3.x has been publicly confirmed. Nevertheless, this feature is currently only available from software version 4.0 onward, without a transparent explanation as to why existing vehicles are excluded.
I therefore kindly ask for a clear and concrete response to the following points:
1. Are there specific technical reasons preventing implementation for software version 3.x?
2. If so, please explain these reasons in a clear and technically comprehensible manner.
3. If not, what strategic or economic reasons justify withholding this function from existing customers?
Standardized replies without technical substance do not contribute to transparency or customer trust—especially when the issue directly affects everyday vehicle usability.
