To everyone who has signed, shared, or even taken the time to read this petition — thank you. Your support is not just a number; it represents hope, community, and the belief that justice should never be sacrificed for convenience.
It has now been several years since this petition was created. I am still incarcerated — not because of evidence, confession, or truth, but because of a legal system that allows conviction even when proof is vague, timelines are inconsistent, and a person cannot meaningfully defend themselves.
I continue to maintain my innocence.
While time has passed, the core issue remains unchanged:
❗ New Hampshire RSA 632-A:6 still allows:
Convictions based on allegations without clearly established dates
Changing timelines during testimony
No equal evaluation of credibility between the accuser and the accused
No requirement for corroborating evidence
No meaningful consideration of developmental differences in age-based accusations
These gaps in the law were meant to protect real victims — and real victims deserve protection — but they have also allowed innocent people to lose their freedom, family, livelihood, and future.
And I am not the only one.
There are others living this reality in silence.
💔 The Human Cost
Since being imprisoned:
My children are growing up without their father.
My ability to provide support was taken away.
My character was destroyed publicly before I ever had a fair chance to defend myself.
I am expected to “admit guilt” for something I did not do in order to participate in programming or have a meaningful chance at parole.
The phrase “innocent until proven guilty” is not being protected in these cases — and when the system fails, it fails entire families.
📢 Why This Petition Still Matters
Laws can be updated. Policies can be rewritten.
False convictions can be overturned — but none of that happens quietly.
Every voice added to this petition shows lawmakers and the public that this issue is not about protecting offenders — it is about protecting fairness, constitutional rights, and due process.
Everyone benefits when justice is balanced:
Victims deserve to be believed AND supported.
The accused deserve a fair chance to defend themselves.
The legal system must require accuracy — not assumptions.
🔧 What We Are Still Fighting For
We continue to advocate for:
✔️ Clear timelines and reporting standards
✔️ Evidence-based prosecution whenever possible
✔️ Defined age brackets in statutes affecting minor testimony
✔️ Equal consideration of character, history, and credibility
✔️ Faster appeal timelines
✔️ Support for families affected by wrongful prosecution
These reforms do not silence victims — they protect the integrity of justice for everyone.
