No Man is Above the Law – Charge President Joseph Biden with Sexual Abuse

No Man is Above the Law – Charge President Joseph Biden with Sexual Abuse
The Issue
To: US Attorney General Merrick Garland
Tara Reade was sexually victimized by then Senator Joseph Biden in 1993. Her case was suppressed by Congressional investigators to protect Senator Biden and the records sealed before law enforcement could open a case. When she spoke out again in 2019, she was immediately subject to an ongoing FBI Operation to silence and revictimize her a second time.
Joseph Biden committed the crime of Third Degree Sexual Abuse under the Code of the District of Columbia when he forcibly pinned his staff member Tara Reade against a wall on the Capitol grounds, kissed her, and then digitally penetrated her against her will. There is no statute of limitation for the crime of Third Degree Sexual Abuse in Washington DC.
The victim, Tara Reade, timely reported the assault to Senate investigators per existing Congressional protocol. The crime report was suppressed through the influence of then Senator Biden and his Democratic Party Congressional colleagues and not provided to law enforcement. The report now resides in the sealed Biden archives at the University of Delaware. Joseph Biden remains a fugitive through his misuse of political influence to quash any criminal legal proceedings.
In 2019, Tara Reade spoke out about the sexual abuse. The FBI acting to protect presidential candidate Biden opened a special operation against Tara Read as an adjunct to Operation Crossfire Hurricane. She came under an attack coordinated with the Biden presidential campaign and media to defame her as a criminal. The FBI instituted at least two criminal investigations against her. The FBI harassed and surveilled her. In the Spring of 2023 Tara was in discussions with Congress members Gaetz and Greene about testifying before the United States House Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. She learned of a potential FBI action against her and temporarily fled to Russia. After filing a civil rights and tort complaint against the FBI, she returned to the United States and now seeks to press criminal charges against Joseph Biden for Third Degree Sexual Abuse.
