Code of federal regulations state any driver means driver of a commercial motor vehicle. Any form of license fee in law dictionaries state it’s for the privilege of  pursuing employment. CFR is code of federal regulations says in 49 CFR 390.5 states driver means driver of a commercial motor vehicle and Motor vehicle is a vehicle used for commercial purposes on the highways. There is no difference between a horse and buggy and an automobile other than an animal and a combustion engine. Automobiles are durable goods for consumer goods purposes. I actually recited Nh hb1778 but without the ideology of sovereign citizens and the judge committed perjury on my recent case March 7th 2025 so I had to call the FBI. I got told to do a writ of coram nobis in Superior Court I did that but the judge made a decision and put that I supposedly made certain requests but that was false cuz nothing that I submitted was what she wrote so that's perjury/judicial misconduct. I need my case looked at over. This judge committed a felony falsifying a decision where she states I requested things I didn't request. Any license is for the privilege of pursuing employment there is a big difference between automobilist and driver.
