Happy, hopeful Thursday. This Benjamin Franklin re-enactor read the US Declaration of Independence last night at the Clinton County, Ohio, Historical Society. He did a great job. Afterward, a retired county judge confessed he had NEVER read the US Declaration of Independence in its entirety. Chances are, if he has never read one of our founding documents, he has never read the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We are up against human hypocognition - not knowing what we don't know.
