Our presentations to SNDC have been unsuccessful and the council recommends to build on this meadow and will inform the secretary of state of their application.

However, a Tree Preservation Order has been temporarily granted on the meadow on Bell Rd.It's recommended people email their support.The final decision will be confirmed after 6 months.

The landowner, neighbours to the meadow NCC, the PC and District Councillor will be informed.

I suspect the landowner and members of the pc may object.

As the SNDC want the plot developed I expect they will object strongly.

Also ask your MP to support this TPO for micro and local ecological and environmental reasons.
