My abuser has submitted exhibits (evidence) to the court ??!???!?

UPDATE:
Court is tomorrow: Friday May 27, 2022 2:45pm EST (1:45pm CST).
So KRW has submitted evidence to the court... my TikTok videos?
At first thought I want to laugh... but after the initial reaction, I am honestly confused by this move. Logically speaking, I don't think it was in his best interest. Essentially, my abuser has given me more of a platform to share my story in court by doing so - so what does he get out of doing this?
Here are a few ideas that I brainstormed last night as to why he entered my Tik Tok videos as evidence/exhibits at his Expungement Hearing:
1) To refute something I said in one of my videos.
- Firstly, an expungement hearing probably isn't the place for this sort of argument and secondly... I have PLENTY of evidence and have every right to share the traumatic experiences that he put me through.
2) To say I "don't care about the outcome of the expungement hearing".
- False... to a point. I care a lot about this hearing, it's why I've stood up and shared my traumas down to some of the most unsettling details. I care that the community, other vulnerable persons and myself could be put in danger by covering up what he did to me for 6 years. Now, considering the matter in which I "do not care"... I would reveal that I will continue to tell my story and warn others regardless of what the outcome is. That is true. I will protect myself and others by using my voice and sharing what was done to me. I will remind the public that just because a court decided to set aside his convictions, does not change the horror I lived through and damage it did to me (hypothetical, given the outcome is undetermined yet). I might not be able to say he was convicted, but you can be damn sure that I will openly share my story and never stop doing so. He opened this situation... not me.
3) To psychologically try to mess with me.
- The abuser has always tried to mess with me. ALWAYS. It's his narcissism. He has to feel "in control" ... even when it's not the logical choice. Did he know I've look at the court updates? Did he expect me to be surprised tomorrow when I plan to give my statement? Who knows honestly. This is the creep who wore my sweater to OP hearings... and wore the same sweater to a certain "celebration". Creepy! Did it mess with me? Of course not, it made me laugh if anything... but I'm sure it was his intention. I feel entering this evidence was unwise and directly intended to pressure or turn the heat on me.
Curious what kind of crock pot lawyer enters Tik Tok videos as evidence... sorry still laughing over the whole ordeal. Maybe it wasn't the lawyer at all? Maybe he entered the evidence against the lawyers wishes? All speculation here of course.
This bit of news has ultimately eased some of my anxieties about tomorrow.
Show whatever videos you want to in court. Do it. Show them all please. I stand by each one of them. I am not bad for sharing the horrific things that were done to me. I am not bad for seeking support and getting eyes on this expungement case to protect myself & my family. I am not bad for using situational humor to survive this. I am not bad for standing up against someone who made me fear for my life for so long. I am not bad for speaking out.
My experiences and resulting pain matters.
If that fact upsets my abuser... maybe he shouldn't have tortured me.
"Torture: The action or practice of inflicting severe pain or suffering on someone as a punishment or in order to force them to do or say something." - Oxford
**KEITH ROBERT WATSON tortured me for over half a decade**
