Many students in CCISD get sick and stay home. Many students have doctors appointments during school. Many students come to school sick every year because if you want to get exempt from final exams, they have to come to school every single day.

If we can make it to where excused absences do not count towards exemptions, many students wont have to risk faiing the semester, or wont have to come to school the last week.

What is the point in excusing absences  if they dont count to anything.

You tell us not to come to school if we are sick so why punish us for following rules.

Do you put school before health and family.

Because we do not.

Please help us get exempt next week.
