Good morning everyone. Here is a rough draft of a letter you can copy, edit and send to the county commissioners of Pasco County or any other county in Florida. I do hope most, if not all, of you will do this. We have to stay active with the Board of County Commissioners if we are to have any say in what happens in Pasco County.

Dear Commissioner _________,
I believe that I am in your district in Pasco County, and so I am reaching out to ask you to protect the people of our County from the plague that is Data Centers.
I, and most of us in the county who aren't going to make a bunch of money off the building of the monstrosities, don't just want them to bear ALL the financial responsibility for the infrastructure and impact they will have on our communities, we don't want them in our communities at all. Period.
No data center should be within 30 miles of places where any humans live. The noise, light, heat, and EMF pollution are harmful to all life within a large radius of the things. And they use up the resources that the people need to live, and drive up the prices of those resources, at the same time they are depleting them.
In fact, I'll go one step further - until the supposed miracle that AI is claimed to be can figure out how to make them more efficient and remove all harmful effects that they have on the environment and the people in that environment, they should not be built at all.
There is no amount of financial benefit to Pasco County or the State of Florida that can justify the harm that they bring.
