Unfortunately, there's no current end in sight for this David vs. Corporate Goliath battle, and I am determined to see it through. The fact the Commissioners just kicked the can which has now opened the door to APS asking for yet another $184 MILLION is just beyond outrageous to me. And in case you haven't heard, the Attorney General's office is now investigating the rate comparison tool fiasco. I have spent countless late night hours building a new website that has calls to action, the full, chronological history of the past two years, backed up by filings, videos, records requests and news coverage. It also has a place for people to sign up for updates.
