La causa
San Pancho, una joya costera ubicada en el estado de Nayarit, México, está enfrentando una amenaza sin precedentes debido al desarrollo del "Proyecto Ysuri". Este proyecto de desarrollo no solo está en proceso de destruir ecosistemas vitales, sino que también se está llevando a cabo con una MIA (Manifestación de Impacto Ambiental) que ha sido calificada como irregular. Es imprescindible que actuemos de inmediato para proteger nuestro medio ambiente y nuestro legado natural.
San Pancho es conocido por su biodiversidad única, su fauna silvestre y su belleza natural que atrae a turistas de todo el mundo. Este ecosistema no solo sostiene económicamente a la comunidad local, sino que también representa un espacio vital para especies amenazadas y vulnerables. El "Proyecto Ysuri" amenaza todo esto al pasar por alto regulaciones ambientales esenciales.
La MIA otorgada al "Proyecto Ysuri" expresa claramente que el proyecto no cumple con los requisitos para tener licencia de construcción ya que no cumple con las densidades establecidas en el Plan de Desarrollo Urbano, pretende construir 74 unidades donde solo se permiten 50 y satura en casi un 40 % más el uso de suelo y la ocupación del suelo, además de que no cumple con el número de cajones de estacionamientos mínimos requeridos por la ley.
Está plagada de irregularidades y falta de transparencia. Se ha demostrado que no cumple con los requerimientos ambientales necesarios para preservar el equilibrio ecológico de la región. Permitir que las obras continúen bajo estas condiciones es un acto de ecocidio que tendrá consecuencias devastadoras y posiblemente irreversibles.
Se le solicita al Presidente Municipal Héctor Santana que revise como su Director de Desarrollo Urbano otorgó esa licencia de construcción y de encontrar corrupción o malos manejos pida igualmente la renuncia del irresponsable funcionario público.
Hacemos un llamado urgente a las autoridades ambientales pertinentes para que clausuren inmediatamente el "Proyecto Ysuri" y revoquen la MIA otorgada irregularmente. Además, exigimos una investigación exhaustiva para asegurar que cualquier desarrollo futuro cumpla con las normativas nacionales y tratados internacionales de protección ambiental.
El desarrollo Ysuri ya tiene antecedentes negativos en San Pancho al construir una torre de departamentos con cero área verde y ni un solo estacionamiento en una esquina que ya de por sí tiene un gran desafío de movilidad y libre tráfico en av Tercer Mundo y calle Cuba:
Ysuri San Pancho no preve tener una planta de tratamiento ni explica su responsabilidad con la escasez de agua en el pueblo, ignoran al órgano local de agua del pueblo y hacen trato directo con el valle en una clara muestra de desprecio a la organización local y sus servicios básicos.

La autorización de impacto ambiental con número 18NA2025TD082 que aparece en https:// app.semarnat.gob.mx/consulta-tramite/#/resultado-busqueda muestra una MIA que indica que EL PROYECTO NO CUMPLE y aun así fue aprobado, esto no se debe permitir en un gobierno que repudia la corrupción y un Estado de Nayarit que exige que haya un plan maestro para evitar los DESARROLLOS DEPREDADORES QUE IGNORAN Y DANAN A LA COMUNIDAD Y AL MEDIO AMBIENTE.

It is plagued by irregularities and lack of transparency. It has been shown that it does not comply with the environmental requirements necessary to preserve the ecological balance of the region. Allowing the works to continue under these conditions is an act of ecocide that will have devastating and possibly irreversible consequences.
Municipal President Héctor Santana is asked to review how his Director of Urban Development granted that construction license and, if he finds corruption or mismanagement, he also asks for the resignation of the irresponsible public official.
We make an urgent call to the relevant environmental authorities to immediately shut down the "Ysuri Project" and revoke the MIA granted irregularly. The Ysuri development already has a negative background in San Pancho as they built an apartment tower with zero green area and no parking in a corner that already has a great challenge of mobility and free traffic on Av Tercer Mundo and Calle Cuba. Ysuri is also well known for their illegal activities in other coastal towns and constructed an illegal pier in Bucerias Nayarit.
Ysuri San Pancho does not foresee having a treatment plant or explain its responsibility with the scarcity of water in the town. They ignored the local water organisation of the town and made direct deal with the municipal organisation in a clear sign of contempt for the local organization and its basic services.
