The Legend of Heroes - Trails of cold Steel IV : Réclamation d'une localisation du jeu en Français

Le 27 Octobre 2020 est sorti sur PS4, pour le plus grand plaisir des Fans, le quatrième épisode de la saga Trails of Cold Steel.

Le 31 Mars 2021, un portage sera également disponible pour la Nintendo Switch.
Le 22 Octobre 2019, le troisième opus de la Saga avait vu le jour en Europe avec un très bon succès auprès des Fans de J-RPG. Ce succès était certainement dû à la localisation du jeu. (Sous-titres en FR)

Avec ce succès, l'espoir d'une localisation FR pour l'épisode IV était vraiment présent. Cette localisation étant très couteuse (la saga comporte énormément de lignes de texte), malheureusement uniquement les sous-titres en Anglais sont disponibles dans le jeu (Pour le portage en Europe). Cela est une très grande déception pour les joueurs Francophones… L'histoire étant très bien écrite et complexe, il est difficile d'en comprendre tous les détails sans maitriser l'anglais.

Nous sommes conscients que ce cout est très important pour NIS America et Falcom, c'est pourquoi nous sommes dans l'obligation de réunir au moins 10.000 signatures sur cette pétition. Et ce, afin d'assurer que les joueurs soient présents pour les ventes de cet épisode sur PS4 et Nintendo Switch.

Idéalement cette localisation pourrait être diffusée sous forme d'un patch pour la sortie du jeu sur Nintendo Switch pour le 31 Mars 2021. (Et donc vers une Mise à jour de la version PS4)

The Legend of Heroes - Trails of cold Steel IV : Claim for a localisation of the game in French

On 27th October 2020 was released on PS4, to the delight of the Fans, the fourth episode of the Trails of Cold Steel saga.

On March 31st 2021, an adaptation will also be available for the Nintendo Switch.
On October 22nd 2019, the third opus of the Saga was released in Europe with a very good success with J-RPG Fans. This success was certainly due to the localization of the game. (Subtitles in FR)

With this success, the hope of an FR localization for Episode IV was really present. This localization being very expensive (the saga has a lot of lines of text), unfortunately only English subtitles are available in the game (For portage in Europe). This is a great disappointment for French-speaking players... The story being very well written and complex, it is difficult to understand all the details without mastering English.

We are aware that this cost is very important for NIS America and Falcom, which is why we are obliged to gather at least 10,000 signatures on this petition. This is to ensure that players are present for the sales of this episode on PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

Ideally this location could be released as a patch for the release of the game on Nintendo Switch by March 31st 2021. (And therefore, towards an Update of the PS4 version)
