Niantic Labs & Pokémon Go: Reimburse users for lost, purchased items due to server issues

Many users of Pokémon Go over the past week have lost incense and lures (which have time limits) to ongoing server issues that Niantic Labs and The Pokémon Company are experiencing. These server issues effect the gameplay in that purchased items such as lures and incense that have time limits of 30 minutes are rendered useless. Since many users have paid to purchase these items to attract more Pokémon to catch, we are losing money everytime the servers crash. We demand a refund for all purchased, lost items due to Niantic Labs and The Pokémon Company negligence.
