Hello everyone - I have received the CHP report. It reccomends that the DA charge Vongunten with Felony DUI and Gross Vehicular Manslaughter. A blood sample was taken from Vongunten that confirms cannabis and cocaine were in his system during the incident. Justice will be served. Please continue to help me engage our justice system in holding this man accountable for his actions that killed my sister, Nadya. I love you Nadya. You were so against irresponsible driving and I am furious that this happened to you. We love you so much.
