In August 2024, it was revealed that Nigel Farage, leader of Reform UK and MP for Clacton, was earning nearly £1.2 million a year from outside jobs. On one of these jobs, as a GB News presenter, he earns more in a month than he does as an MP in a year. His declaration of hours worked indicates that he also spends roughly 30 hours a week, potentially even more than that, on these jobs. This effectively equates to 4 full working days each week. This begs the question: is he putting enough, or any, time into his role as Member of Parliament for Clacton? I urge him to immediately resign, and allow Clacton to elect somebody who can actually dedicate time to the constituency.

Update:

Nigel has now announced that he will not hold face to face surgeries with his constituents, claiming that "Do I have an office in Clacton? Yes. Am I allowing the public to flow through the door with their knives in their pockets? No, no I'm not." This statement shows utter contempt for his constituents, many of whom would have voted for him.

In December 2024, Farage further showed that he was unfit to be an MP, when he released a video, complaining that the only kinds of milk on offer to him at the hotel he was staying in were "left wing options". These "left wing options" were oat milk, almond milk, and semi skimmed milk. This man wants to be Prime Minister after the next election, but can't even handle having choices.
