Misconduct in Public Office?

I have just emailed CEO of Peabody Brendan Sarsfield and informed him that I am looking to have him and other officers of Peabody indicted on charges of Misconduct in Public Office. Even though Peabody is a private organisation, officers of Peabody can in law be defined as Public Officers and thus held to account. I also reminded him that I don't need to involve the Director of Public Prosecutions or the Attorney General.

This course of action is open to not just Peabody tenants, leaseholders and those in shared ownership but to all such persons of ANY housing trust, private or not!!
