I know that with everything going on in the world and our country, we've been on edge lately. But for all of you who support my petition and want to see kids get a good, proper dose of edutainment, I have great news.

Our petition has reached 711 signatures! This proves that people want to see the shows of yesterday brought back for a new generation to learn from. And I especially want to see an official season DVD box set release of a show that I think is very special, Gullah Gullah Island. Why? Because I feel that that particular show is very influential in more ways than one.

Keep up the signatures, and we'll certainly manage to get Viacom and Nickelodeon to come to their senses.
