It seems that Nickelodeon and Viacom made a deal with a streaming platform, but not Netflix. The made a deal with Pluto TV to stream all Viacom and Nickelodeon programs on the service.

This is an outrage for all those who don't own Pluto TV, myself included. Now we must double our efforts. If Pluto TV can get them, so can Netflix!
