As I was browsing through Netflix a day or so ago, I noticed that Julius Junior, a show that aired occasionally on Nick Jr some couple years ago, was on the streaming service. The same thing is with Cleo and Cuquin, that I mentioned came on Netflix in a previous update, and Pocoyo, a show that aired on Nick Jr years ago, and continues to stream on the Noggin app. But my question is, why just them?
I understand that they were exhibition programs, but why just them and not other properties that aren't exclusively with Viacom and Nick but aired on Nick Jr? Regardless, we will, no doubt, lose Julius Junior in the future and quite possibly lose Pocoyo and Cleo and Cuquin, too. Only time will tell.
In the meantime, we must continue our efforts to give the shows I mentioned and all the others that aired on Nick Jr a chance to be kept and treasured forever on both/either Netflix or DVD.
