Meeting last Friday was incredible positive and what a man. Have always been a fan now even more so. I was getting frustrated with the luck of response Anyway he has agreed to take Stephens case to Simon Stevens and to parliament, as his constituent, Then he will take it national. He was aghast at the cost to NHS. And tax payer. He has also agreed to meet with me again and 7daysofaction. We have to send him some ground work. So he is awere of full details of what the scandal of ATUs are, and what has been happening at this institutions. Neglect. Abuse. And how our children are locked up as if they are in prison, and not to mention those prisoners have rights. Human rights. Our boys and girls have none. Not at all. Jc agreed With Norman lamb it's a human rights violation Only if human rights lawyers could take that up. And bring it to court. And challenge it. It's our aim to challenge those vilotions under the human rights law. The wonderful campaigner and friend Mark Neary got his beautiful son under the humans rights law with the great Qc steve broach. Whilst I agree that they are highlighting that our young offenders prisons are inadequate. ... I am acutely aware they are still better than some of the places that some of our adult children with Learning Disability and/or autism are forced to live in. Also these children have seriously offended to be sent there via a justice system for an agreed amount of time ....the adult children with learning disabilities and/or autism are locked away with no justice.... their only crime is their diagnosis... they are held indefinitely. Why does CQC not go on BBC and talk to the government about the desperate situation in atu's and many residential homes?? Where is the outcry for the innocent? Or us it only the guilty of society with rights again?
