Stephen S A MLondon, ENG, United Kingdom

Hello all. Dear friends. I have been busy fighting my cause and helping fight with tho other parents to get our voice heard and bringing our children home, so I apologise for not saying thank you to those beautiful messages on the post Stephen not coming home. Still no news. I have my case with lawyers bindmans lip. And Islington has theirs with their lawyers. Thankful neither party wants Stephen to stay at the atu any longer then he has to. Unfortunately due to Stephen mental act section 3. Not easy. I have requested the hospital to do a CTR on my son, that stands for care and treatment. By law it should be done every 6 months, but hospital do not do them. And I requested and that was the answer we don't do CTRs. We want to try do this as amicable possible, but it's getting harder and harder. If communication with lawyers and hospital does not turn in our advantage we will have to go to court. Now someone bellow talked about class action. We the group of 7daysofaction have lawyers working on that, however it's not that easy. As under the law of mental health and under section, the patients and parents don't really have much to fight on, now someone also mentioned about human rights yes , we the families talk about human rights, but again it's a very delicate situation to fight on, on the human rights it's self we can't really bring a class action, unless there's a badic human right recognised abuse, I:e say a young adult does not have a toilet , is being fed say through a hatchet , like the young man bellow I spoke about , my friend Debbie son Eden Norris, he had no toilet and eat through a hatchet, though nothing happened to that forensic particular hospital, because as things stared to heat up they discharged Eden and sent him 170 Millie's way. Then someone saying about the European human rights again very difficult to do. Anyway. This Monday starts a new campaign and website to our campaign 7daysofaction please have a look. Twitter page is @OFAction7 please follow and read more about the young people who are in this dreadful atus. Each day next week will be a different story. Thank you all so much. Please please keep supporting signing the petition and supporting 7daysofaction please support my other friends and the many thousands around the country. Thank you. Leo.
