Hi all so I have heartbreaking news. On 15 July we were told they were discharging Stephen within 3 months. We were told to look for a community placement, as we were almost there on the placement, we had CPA meeting on August 4 and that stupid dr says no we are not ready to discharge Stephen. We will but not to a community we are now giving Stephen injections as Stephen refusing he's meds. Well great he is only stating his right to not be drugged, but what they do aside from giving him now 8 antipsychotic meds, they restrain my son with two or 3 people and forcefully inject my son. So de was being coy as to where Stephen should go. In the end he's excuse was that Stephens needs to go to a hospital type thing because of his meds and injections, I as a cynic that I am can only think of one thing, it's in their best interests to have my son there. My son is a milking cow to them. Unfortunately it's what so many hospitals are doing they prepare you for discharge two or 3 weeks later or two months later as is the case of my friend Debbie Evans son Eden Norris he was ready for discharge in September after 12 years of hell, now they saying he is not ready. It's the same for others, another friend was taken to court by SW and doctors so she has no say or anything to do with her son's discharge her beautiful son Ryan is stuck, he has deteriorated since being in an ATU as had Stephen and Eden. R only went for respite as his mum was ill. A year later he is still there. This people lie to you. They make you sign the mental health act capacity stating only a few days few weeks and then they end up as prisoners years. Treated worst then a bloody harden criminal. No human rights at all. RC have all the power or er our boys. We as parents have no power or say on what's happening to our sons daughters. Now for Stephen the only way is going to court. And so will be the others. This people think they are gods. There's another young person also stuck. Conner Murthy. It's a bloody nightmare. A round the clock of catastrophic bad decisions by social workers and commissioners. We need to do something. Another young girl of 13 million as sent to Manchester from south London. It takes her mum 3 days to go up and down. How the hell can they justify this horrible decisions. ?
