The city of Hartford was robbed of its NHL team back in 1997. Some teams, like the Arizona Coyotes, Florida Panthers and the Carolina Hurricanes have all had low attendance in recent years. I think Hartford deserves a second chance. The fans are loyal and uniforms can be found at Hartford Wolf Pack games. Considering the fact that the Islanders almost relocated to Hartford says something. The XL Center is a very suitable arena to hold a team. And if it needs renovations the Whalers could play at The Webster Bank Arena until they were finished. Gary Bettman, give Hartford a second chance.
