Tragic accident happened on Blaina Wharf pub on the SDR Bridge newport.
Please sign my petition to get the speed limit changed or change the layout.
That's the link to what happened. A young boy had so much life left but tragically taken the family are devistated. I wan't the council to rethink the road as this is not the first time this has happened something needs doing
