Greetings, colleagues’ friends and supports, just a quick update on the campaign and to remind you that the Appeal Hearing will be resumed on Monday morning 22 August, at 9.30am at Stratford Magistrate Court 389-397 High Street Stratford E15 4SB.
May I also take this opportunity to thank all of you who have signed our petition and donated to the appeal fund.  The petition has performed well attracting 41,874 signatures about which we are very pleased, however it is a little short of our target of 50,000 which we are hopeful of achieving before our return to Court on Monday morning. Once again Hibiscus is appealing to you to share the petition across your networks alongside our GoFundMe page which i have also posted at the end of this note.  Our GoFundMe page thus far has raised £1.053 towards the legal cost of the Appeal.  Unfortunately, we will not have legal representation on Monday as there is an outstanding balance of £4,100, which needed to be paid before the Hearing on Monday. In these circumstances I will be approaching the court on Monday to seek its dispensation to represent the Association. Thank you once again for your attention and strong support.
