Save Newcastle WildlifeNewcastle upon Tyne, ENG, United Kingdom
Nov 16, 2021

The Cell B1 application has been updated again, 16 months after it was first submitted.

If you haven't already objected, please do so by emailing planning.control@newcastle.gov.uk, quoting planning application 2017/0666/09/RES.

If this application is approved, one of the last accessible green open spaces in the west of the city will be fenced off by a 1.8m fence.

An ever-decreasing wildlife corridor will be severed and trees of ecological, amenity and landscape value will be lost.

Important wildlife species and habitats in Havannah Nature Reserve will be harmed, as more people and dogs would be forced into the reserve.

Please stand up for wildlife and make your voice heard.
