A Newcastle Great Park Consortium spokesperson has confirmed they are now 'reviewing their papers' in response to our call for judicial review.

Perhaps if this review had been conducted earlier, our legal challenge would not have been necessary. 

It is debatable whether the development, which is proposed to have no affordable housing onsite, could have ever really delivered the 'much-needed family housing' referred to by Newcastle City Council.
