We would like to thank the Northumberland branch of Campaign to Protect Rural England, who has has kindly donated £150 to our crowd funding page.

CPRE produced the 'State of the Green Belt' report in 2018, which revealed that 72% of houses built on greenfield land within the Green Belt last year were unaffordable by the government’s definition.

It is heartening to see the local branch supporting our fight against the further erosion of Newcastle's Green Belt. 

We have now raised £3,725, bringing us ever closer to our stretch target of £4,500.
