Also, we are asking that you stand in solidarity for the second rally with the Stop False Police Reporting Group, the Martin Luther King Jr Democratic Club, and the National Action Network on SUNDAY JUNE 6, 2021 at the ACP STATE OFFICE BUILDING (163 w. 125th st), at 1pm sharp.

Additionally, District 9 City Council candidates will be tabling to discuss their vision for the community, their plan for criminal justice reform (increasing police accountability, combating false police reporting, punishing law enforcement misconduct), and to also educate the community on ranked choice voting.

The goals of the rally are: to have the current law changed so that false reporting becomes a felony, to learn the agenda of the city council candidates, and to learn the new way of voting .
