Please consider signing this petition. Atmosphere Essentials has been a small community oriented business for over a decade. Grandfathered in as a historic location, part of the Tottenville historic society- we are legally on each level of government considered a legitimate business. Now, after over 20 years as a commercial property, the department of buildings and the THUGS that work for it, are trying to shut us down. We need community support so that the Commissioner of the Department of Buildings, Rick Chandler, would see us as a business that is part of this wonderful community and supports over 5 different families! Many with children.
