A frequently used bus stop at Diamond Creek Rd/Greenhill Rd in Greensborough sees children and pedestrians risk their lives every day crossing 5 lanes of 70km/hr traffic.

At peak school times there is no safe traffic light crossing to stop traffic and allow children to cross. Traffic conditions on Diamond Creek Road prevent safe pedestrian access to public transport, library, gym, schools and bike paths. 

Department of Transport has approved further road works at the new housing estate for a new local road to connect, without considering the safety of pedestrians at this busy intersection.
