We the people ask:  If predator does not goto prison, we ask you get him away from New Mexico at the least.  we can not handle an active rapist especially living by Mountain View middle school. He must be getting an urge to do it again (since he hasn’t in a year) Stop and put yourself in the shoes of me and begin thinking if he does attack again let’s say she’s your niece or cousin. Would you blame yourself for not wanting to sign him away from you and your children? 100 off you pure souls
