Over the past several weeks, I have taken the next major step in exposing what I believe is a 26‑year pattern of misconduct, obstruction, and retaliation inside New Jersey’s government systems. My full evidence package — including documented timelines, state‑issued correspondence, and preserved webpages — has now been formally submitted to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division for independent review.

This federal request focuses on two core issues:

PTSD harassment and discrimination against a disabled veteran seeking due process
Systemic obstruction inside New Jersey’s oversight agencies, including failures to investigate, contradictory statements, and unexplained procedural irregularities
I am now preparing a second evidence package for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which will focus specifically on the PTSD‑related harassment, discrimination, and the long‑term impact this has had on my health, rights, and family.

For 26 years, New Jersey officials have avoided answering basic questions, producing required records, or explaining contradictory actions. These petitions exist because transparency is not optional — and because disabled veterans deserve the same due process as every other American.

Your support continues to matter. Every signature strengthens the call for federal oversight, accountability, and the protection of veterans who cannot fight these battles alone.

Together We Serve. Together We Remember. Together We Live.

God Bless America.
