I won't share the pictures. Four ponies were killed in two separate incidents within four days on another of the blackspot B roads. On the first occasion a mare and an unrelated foal were killed together. On the second occasion, the mother of that foal was killed as well as another unrelated foal. People are crying out for cameras and are amazed when I tell them that it is unlikely that these will ever be installed given that the authorities insist there are not enough human injuries to justify them.

Yesterday there were two badly damaged cars on the B3078. No indication as to whether any animals had been hit although one of the cars had a very badly damaged bonnet. I hope none of the occupants were injured.
