On what would have been Juma's fifth birthday, I am pleased to be able to share this local news report from the Lymington Times. I am grateful to them for being part of the 'decibel' management that has kept this issue alive. I am so pleased to hear the words, "We cannot be complacent..." being echoed so many times. We cannot. Not only do we need those speed cameras, but the police and other authorities need to keep education and enforcement high on the agenda.
