Following another incident - on a different road - there was surprise expressed that the driver was devastated and wanted to meet the owner to say sorry. This should not be a surprise - this should be normal. Heaven forbid that I ever hit one of the Commoning animals but I would be devastated, and as well as reporting it and owning up if I had been at fault, I would want to say sorry to the owner too.

Let's hope that there is a sense of urgency about setting up and executing the feasibility study. Our animals just can't wait.
