Detail of Case: 3 years after Brian walked away from the conspiracy and started his commercial cleaning company volunteering to support several community outreach organizations, Brian was arrested and was never given a plea. As a result, Brian was forced to go to trial after having no contact with any illegal drug activities over those 3 years. Brian was not caught with any drugs yet was charged with "Ghost Dope" from the testimonies of those who were apprehended and later released because of their testifying on Brian.
Brian's History: Brian Pursued a Computer Science/Business Degree at Troy State University, Brian worked for several large corporations such as SunTrust Bank, Home Owners Loan Corporation, Chrysler, Worldwide Financial Group, National Asset Management and 1st Continental Mortgage. Brian eventually started his own commercial cleaning company in upstate New York.
Brian is presently held at FCI Fort Dix, New Jersey. He has no disciplinary infractions. Brian works as a Teachers Aid for the Education Department at Fort Dix West where he inspires, teaches and mentors many inmates. He is also a Teachers Assistant for Dr. Campbell with Mercer County Community College where he is pursuing his Degree through PTI organized and operated by Princeton Professors.
Brian plans to continue his entrepreneur goals when he is home. He is already partnered with Leading Beyond Expectations of Miami, FL, and Bronx, New York. He plans to teach youths and young adults how to be productive individuals through exercising their entrepreneurial abilities thereby avoiding the pitfalls of prison or other negative environments. Brian has amazingly developed a network of Leaders who he plans to use as his support system.
