Network Rail, TSSA Union, and the Labour Party’s Betrayal of EDI Workers
The Issue
I am a disabled neurodivergent whistleblower who delivered an autism awareness presentation for Network Rail as part of its so-called Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) programme. Soon after, I was excluded, silenced, and then unlawfully targeted for dismissal.
I have now filed over 20 protected disclosures and am the named claimant in Employment Tribunal Case 6023042/2025. I have also referred key figures and firms to regulators including the ICO, EHRC, SRA, ORR, and even the UN. What I am now exposing is systemic, unlawful, and happening live right now — and no one in the UK Labour Party wants to talk about it…
What Network Rail has Done to Me:
- Excluded me from my job despite submitting a lawful GP fit note clearing me to return to work.
- Ignored multiple suicide risk warnings after I attempted suicide twice in connection with my Eastern Region’s severe discrimination against me.
- Held an unlawful covert legal strategy meeting about me before my Occupational Health referral. Present were HR, legal, Eversheds Sutherland LLP, and my so-called “independent” grievance investigator.
- Withheld and obstructed my Subject Access Request (SAR), including metadata, meeting records, and Outlook calendar entries.
- Made a key HR manager’s calendar private after I caught evidence of concealment.
- Ignored all my formal discrimination grievances despite acknowledging receipt.
- Used Occupational Health as a weapon, trying to pathologise me as unfit for work despite my GP-signed Fit Note and clean capability record.
- Never initiated any formal capability or disciplinary process, while continuing to block my return.
- Contacted my father without my consent to suggest I was a problem and then threatened legal action against me due to my protected communications.
- Filtered and ignored lawful disclosures to EDI, HR, and legal despite repeated evidence of wrongdoing.
- Attempted to frame my legal emails as a reputational threat, rather than addressing the underlying facts.
- Falsely assured me that no external solicitors were being used against me, while secretly coordinating legal strategies via Eversheds Sutherland LLP.
- Breached data protection laws and safeguarding duties, by discussing my health, risk status, and employment position with third parties without consent.
- Never offered any reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 for my autism, despite all my written disclosures, multiple formal requests, and risk of further suicide attempts.
- Obstructed all return-to-work pathways while exploiting my autism presentation for corporate PR.
My TSSA Trade Union:
- Refused to represent me via text, then cut off all contact entirely.
- Failed to protect me as a vulnerable whistleblower facing coordinated legal and HR retaliation.
- Ignored evidence of legal breach and discrimination, even after being formally sent my full disclosure documents.
- Have completely abandoned me even though I am still a full-time paying member for almost 3 years now.
Ruth Cadbury MP – My Labour Constituency Representative:
- Gave false legal advice during a recorded meeting, dismissing my whistleblower protections.
- Misrepresented my employment and case status, undermining my credibility.
- Refused to intervene or act despite being the Chair of Parliament’s Transport Select Committee.
- Has now been referred to the Metropolitan Police.
Regulators and Institutions:
- The ICO has taken no enforcement action despite formal GDPR complaints and clear metadata breaches.
- The SRA has failed to discipline Eversheds Sutherland LLP and Addleshaw Goddard LLP, despite clear evidence of collusion and misconduct.
- The EHRC has ignored multiple Equality Act violations, including repeated failures to adjust or investigate any of my serious disability-related grievances.
- The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) has refused to engage, despite all my serious disclosures involving public safety and employment law breaches.
- The press and mainstream media have completely ignored a serious public interest case involving rampant discrimination, suicide risk, union betrayal, and political complicity.
What I am Asking For:
I am calling on the UK Parliament, and the media to demand the following:
- A full independent inquiry into whistleblower retaliation at Network Rail — including HR, Legal, and all their associated parties and external agents.
- Full legal protection for disabled whistleblowers, especially those with neurodivergent conditions.
- Public accountability from TSSA and Ruth Cadbury MP, for continuous failure to protect the vulnerable and committing serious unlawful and criminal offences.
- A ban on covert HR-Legal meetings, third-party interference, and false welfare escalation tactics against whistleblower.
- Immediate SAR enforcement, grievances reopening, and full Tribunal oversight of all retaliatory pathways used against me.
- Urgent scrutiny of regulatory silence from ICO, EHRC, ORR, and the SRA.
Final Statement
I have amended my tribunal compensation request to include a £1 million donation to the National Autistic Society, should justice prevail.
This case isn’t about money for me — it’s about survival, dignity, and exposing the institutional betrayal of disabled workers who speak up against systemic rot.
Although, I have been made to feel invisible, I will not be silenced.
